“卓越工程师教育培养计划”通用标准研制

摘要： "卓越工程师教育培养计划"培养标准的研究和制订是实现该计划的重要基础性工作。本文在介绍卓越工程师后备人才培养标准体系的基础上,讨论了该计划通用标准的制订原则和基本思路,随后依次重点讨论分析了本科层次工程师培养通用标准、硕士层次工程师培养通用标准和博士层次工程师培养通用标准。
The development of training standards for "a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers (PETOE)" is an important basic work to implement the plan. After introducing the training standards system for the reserve talent of outstanding engineers,the paper discusses the developing principles and basic ideas for the general standards of PETOE. Then it focuses on the discussion of general standards for engineer training on the levels of Bachelor,Master,and PhD successively.
