摘要： Objective:ToinvestigatetherelationshipbetweentissuedistributionsofmodifiedWuziYanzongprescription(加味五子衍宗方,MWP)inratsandmeridiantropismtheory.Methods:Ahigh-performanceliquidchromatographywithFouriertransform-massspectrometry(HPLC-FT)methodwasusedtoidentifythemetabolitesofMWPindifferenttissuesofratsaftercontinuedoraladministrationofMWPfor7days.TherelationshipbetweenMWPandmeridiantropismtheorywasstudiedaccordingtothetissuedistributionsofthemetabolitesofMWPinratsandtherelevantliterature.Results:Nineteenmetabolites,mainlyflavanoidcompounds,weredetectedinthedifferentrattissuesandclassifiedtoeachherbinMWP.Further,itwasabletoestablishthatthetissuedistributionsofthemetabolitesofMWPwereconsistentwiththedescriptionsofmeridiantropismofMWPavailableinliterature,thisresultmightbeusefulinclarifyingthemechanismofMWPonmeridiantropism.Inthelongrun,thesedatamightprovidescientificevidenceofthemeridiantropismtheorytofurtherpromotethereasonable,effectiveutilization,andmodernizationofChinesemedicine.Conclusion:ThetissuedistributionsofMWPinvivowereconsistentwiththedescriptionsofmeridiantropismofMWP. ... （共8页）
