摘要： [Objectives]ToobservetheclinicaleffectofDahuang(Rhubarb)retentionenemaonpatientswithsevereacutepancreatitisanditsinfluencesonleukocyteinterleukin6(IL-6),highsentiveCreactiveprotein(hs-CRP)andendotoxin.[Methods]86casesofacutepancreatitiswererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup(43cases)andthetreatmentgroup(43cases).Thecontrolgroupwasgivensalineenemaandroutinetreatmentofwesternmedicine,whilethetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithDahuang(Rhubarb)decoctionretentionenemaandroutinetreatment,2times/d.After7daysoftreatment,twogroupsofclinicalcurativeeffectswerecompared.AndchangesofIL-6,hs-CRP,endotoxinandamylaselevelsbeforeandaftertreatmentintwogroupswerecompared.[Results]Abdominalpain,abdominaldistension,exhaustdefecation,bowelsoundsintreatmentgrouppatientswereobviouslyimproved.Aftertreatment,thedeclinelevelsofserumIL-6,hsCRP,endotoxinandamylaseinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup.[Conclusions]Dahuang(Rhubarb)retentionenemacansignificantlyimprovetheclinicalcurativeeffectofsevereacutepancreatitis,anditsmechanismmayberelatedtotheinhibitionofinflammatoryreaction. ... （共4页）
