摘要： FollowinganincreaseintheuseoftheGIAstaplerfortreatingapancreaticstump,moretechniquestopreventpostoperativepancreaticjuiceleakagehavebeenrequired.Wedescribeonesuccessfulcaseusingournewtechniqueofinvaginatingthecutendofthepancreasintothestomachtopreventapancrea-ticfistula(PF)fromoccurring.A50-year-oldwomanwithpancreaticcancerinthetailofthepancreasunderwentdistalpancreatectomy,causingagradeAPF.Weresectedthedistalpancreaswithoutadditionalreinforcementtoinvaginatethestumpintothegastricposteriorwallwithsinglelayeranastomosisusinga3-0absorbablesuture.Thedraintubeswereremovedonthethirdpostoperativeday.AlthoughagradeAPFwasnoted,thepatientwasdischargedonfootontheeleventhpostoperativeday.Ourtechniquemaybeasuitablemethodforpatientswithapancreaticbodyandtailtumor. ... （共6页）
