Oralspore-basedprobioticsupplementationwasassociatedwithreducedincidenceofpost-prandialdietaryendotoxin,triglycerides,anddiseaseriskbiomarkers
摘要: AIMTodetermineif30-doforalspore-basedprobioticsupplementationcouldreducedietaryendotoxemia.METHODSApparentlyhealthymenandwomen(n=75)werescreenedforpost-prandialdietaryendotoxemia.Subjectswhoseserumendotoxinconcentrationincreasedbyatleast5-foldfrompre-meallevelsat5-hpost-prandialwereconsideredrespondersandwererandomizedtoreceiveeitherplacebo(riceflour)oracommercialsporebasedprobioticsupplement[Bacillusindicus(HU36),Bacillussubtilis(HU58),Bacilluscoagulans,andBacilluslicheniformis,andBacillusclausii]for30-d.Thedietaryendotoxemiatestwasrepeatedattheconclusionofthesupplementationperiod.Dietaryendotoxin(LAL)andtriglycerides(enzymatic)weremeasuredusinganautomatedchemistryanalyzer.Serumdiseaseriskbiomarkersweremeasuredusingbead-basedmultiplexassays(LuminexandMilliplex)assecondary,exploratorymeasures.RESULTSDatawerestatisticallyanalyzedusingrepeatedmeasuresANOVAandaP<0.05.Wefoundthatspore-basedprobioticsupplementationwasassociatedwitha42%reductioninendotoxin(12.9±3.5vs6.1±2.6,P=0.011)and24%reductionintriglyceride(212±28vs138±12,P=0.004)inthepost-prandialperiodPlacebosubjectspresentedwitha36%increaseinendotoxin(10.3±3.4vs15.4±4.1,P=0.011)and5%decreaseintriglycerides(191±24vs186±28,P=0.004)overthesamepost-prandialperiod.Wealsofoundthatsporebasedprobioticsupplementationwasassociatedwithsignificantpost-prandialreductionsinIL-12p70(24.3±2.2vs21.5±1.7,P=0.017)andIL-1β(1.9±0.2vs1.6±0.1,P=0.020).Comparedtoplacebopostsupplementation,probioticsubjecthadlessghrelin(6.8±0.4vs8.3±1.1,P=0.017)comparedtoplacebosubjects.CONCLUSIONThekeyfindingsofthepresentstudyisthatoralsporebasedprobioticsupplementationreducedsymptomsindicativeofleakygutsyndrome. ...
