摘要： AIM:Tocomparetheaccuracyoftwodifferentmethodsofpreoperativemarkingfortoricintraocularlens(IOL)implantation,bubblemarkerversuspendulummarker,asameansofestablishingthereferencepointforthefinalalignmentofthetoricIOLtoachieveanoutcomeascloseaspossibletoemmetropia.·METHODS:ToricIOLswereimplantedin180eyesof110patients.Onegroup(55patients)hadpreoperativemarkingofbotheyesdonewithbubblemarker(ASICOAE-2791TBL)andtheothergroup(55patients)withpendulummarker(Rumex誖3-193).Referencemarkswereplacedat3-,6-,and9-oclockpositionsonthelimbus.Slit-lampphotographswereanalyzedusingAdobePhotoshop(version7.0).Amountofalignmenterror(indegrees)inducedineachgroupwasmeasured.·RESULTS:Meanabsoluterotationerrorinthepreoperativemarkinginthehorizontalaxiswas2.42±1.71inthebubblemarkergroupand2.83±2.31inthependulummarkergroup(P=0.501).Sixtypercentofthependulumgroupand70%ofthebubblegrouphadrotationerror≤3(P=0.589),and90%eyesofthependulumgroupand96.7%ofthebubblegrouphadrotationerror≤5(P=0.612).·CONCLUSION:Bothpreoperativemarkingtechniquesresultinapproximately3ofalignmenterror.Bothmarkingtechniquesaresimple,predictable,reproducibleandeasytoperform. ... （共4页）
