摘要: Pancreaticoduodenectomyanddistalpancreatectomyarethetraditionalsurgicaltreatmentsoftumorsintheneckorbodyofthepancreas.Althoughresectingthelesionssuccessfully,theseprocedurescanalso,however,leadthesubstantiallossofnormalpancreaticparenchyma,causingendocrineandexocrinefunctiondisorder.Thecombinationofdistalpancreatectomywithsplenectomyincreasedtheriskofthrombosissometimes.Sothesurgicaltraumaistoogreat,especiallyforbenignandlowermalignanttumorslocatedintheneckorbodyofthepancreas.While,middlepancreatectomymaydecreaseoperativetraumawiththeexcisionoftheselesions,andcanmaximizetheretentionofpancreaticparenchyma,andmaintainpancreaticendocrineandexocrinefunctionintegrity.Theprocedureisinterestingbutrarelyperformed.Withtheapplicationanddevelopmentofminimallyinvasivesurgicaltechniques,laparoscopicandroboticmiddlepancreatectomyareavailablenow.Researchesaboutlaparoscopicandroboticmiddlepancreatectomyarepresented,withdecreasedmorbidity,reducedoperationtimeandhospitalstay.Thereisonlyafewreportsonthetwoprocedures,butthesecurityandeffectivenessofthemaresuggested. ...
