摘要： Inthispaperweillustratethepotentialoftherepertorygridtechniqueasaninstrumentforcaseformulationandunderstandingofthepersonalperceptionandmeaningsofpeoplewithadiagnosisofpsychoticdisorders.Forthispurpose,thecaseofJamesispresented:Ayoungmandiagnosedwithschizophreniaandpersonalitydisorder,withseverepersecutorydelusionsandotherpositivesymptomsthathavenotrespondedtoantipsychoticmedication,aswellwithdepressivesymptomatology.Hiscasewasselectedbecauseofthewayhissymptomsarereflectedinhispersonalperceptionofselfandothers,includinghismainpersecutoryfigure,inthedifferentmeasuresthatresultfromtheanalysisofhisrepertorygrid.Somekeyclinicalhypothesesandpossibletargetsfortherapyarediscussed. ... （共10页）
