摘要: ThispaperpresentsamicropackagedMEMSpressuresensorforintracranialpressuremeasurementwhichbelongstoBioMEMS.Itcanbeusedinlumbarpuncturesurgerytomeasureintracranialpressure.Miniaturizationiskeyforlumbarpuncturesurgerybecausethesensormustbesmallenoughtoallowitbeplacedinthereagentchamberofthelumbarpunctureneedle.Thesizeofthesensorisdecidedbythesizeofthesensorchipandpackage.Oursensorchipisbasedonsiliconpiezoresistiveeffectandthesizeis400400m2.Itismuchsmallerthanthereportedpolymerintracranialpressuresensorssuchasliquidcrystalpolymersensors.Intermsofpackage,thetraditionaldualin-linepackageobviouslycouldnotmatchthesizeneed,theminimalsizeofrecentlyreportedMEMS-basedintracranialpressuresensorsafterpackagingis1010mm2.Inthiswork,wearethefirsttointroduceaquadflatno-leadpackageasthepackageformofpiezoresistiveintracranialpressuresensors,thewholesizeofthesensorisminimizedtoonly33mm2.Consideringtheliquidmeasurementenvironment,thesensorisgummedandwaterproofperformanceistested;thesensitivityofthesensoris0.9102mV/kPa. ...
