Efficacyandsafetyofapatient-positioningdevice(EZ-FIX)forendoscopicretrogradecholangiopancreatography
摘要: AIM:Toassesstheefficacyandsafetyofapatientpositioningdevice(EZ-FIX)forendoscopicretrogradecholangiopancreatography(ERCP).METHODS:Atotalof105patientswererandomizedtotheEZ-FIX(n=53)ornon-EZ-FIX(n=52)groupinthisprospectivestudy.Midazolamandpropofol,titratedtoprovideanadequatelevelofsedationduringtherapeuticERCP,wereadministeredbytrainedregisterednursesunderendoscopistsupervision.Primaryoutcomemeasureswerethetotaldoseofpropofolandsedative-relatedcomplications,includinghypoxiaandhypotension.Secondaryoutcomemeasureswererecoverytimeandsedationsatisfactionoftheendoscopist,nurses,andpatients.RESULTS:Therewasnosignificantdifferenceintherateofhypoxia,buttherewasastatisticaltrend(EX-FIXgroup;n=4,7.55%,controlgroup;n=6,11.53%,P=0.06).ThemeantotaldoseofpropofolwaslowerintheEZ-FIXgroupthaninthenon-EZ-FIXgroup(89.43±49.8mgvs112.4±53.8mg,P=0.025).Inaddition,theEZ-FIXgrouphadashortermeanrecoverytime(11.23±4.61mgvs14.96±5.12mg,P<0.001).SedationsatisfactionoftheendoscopistandnurseswashigherintheEX.FIXgroupthaninthenonEZ-FIXgroup.Technicalsuccessratesoftheprocedurewere96.23%and96.15%,respectively(P=0.856).Procedure-relatedcomplicationsdidnotdifferbygroup(11.32%vs13.46%,respectively,P=0.735).CONCLUSION:UsingEZ-FIXreducedthetotaldoseofpropofolandtherecoverytime,andincreasedthesatisfactionoftheendoscopistandnurses. ...
