摘要： Neweractivedrugshavebeenrecentlyaddedtothepharmacologicalarmamentariumforthetreatmentofmetastaticcolorectalcancer.Aflibercept,arecombinantfusionproteincomposedoftheextracellulardomainsofhumanvascularendothelialgrowthfactorreceptors(VEGFR)1and2andtheFcportionofhumanimmunoglobulinG1(IgG1),isanattractivesecond-lineoptionincombinationwithfolfiriforpatientswhohavefailedfolfox+/-bevacizumab.Ramucirumab,ahumanIgG1monoclonalantibodythattargetsVEGFR-2,providedsimilarresultsinthesamesetting.Tas-102,anoralfluoropyrimidine,andregorafenib,amulti-tyrosinekinaseinhibitor,arebothabletocontrolthediseaseinaconsiderableproportionofpatientswhenallotheravailabletreatmentshavefailed.ThesenewtherapeuticoptionsalongwiththeemergingconceptthatprevioustherapiesmayalsobereitroducedorrechallengedafterregorafenibandTas-102failurearebringingnewhopeforthousandsofpatientsandtheirfamilies. ... （共4页）
