摘要： Pelvicfloordisordersaredifferentdysfunctionsofgynaecological,urinaryoranorectalorgans,whichcanpresentasincontinence,outlet-obstructionandorganprolapseorasacombinationofthesesymptoms.Pelvicfloordisordersaffectasubstantialamountofpeople,predominantlywomen.Transabdominalproceduresplayamajorroleinthetreatmentofthesedisorders.Withthedevelopmentofnewtechniquesestablishedopenproceduresarenowincreasinglyperformedlapa-roscopically.Operationtechniquesconsistofvariousrectopexieswithsuture,staplesormesheseventuallycombinedwithsigmoidresection.Thedifferentapproachesneedtobemeasuredbytheiroperativeandfunctionaloutcomeandtheirrecurrencerates.Althoughtheseoperationsareperformedfrequentlyacomparisonandevaluationofthedifferentmethodsisdifficult,asmostoftheusedoutcomemeasuresintheavailablestudieshavenotbeenstandardisedanddatafromrandomisedstudiescomparingtheseoutcomemeasuresdirectlyarelacking.Thereforeevidencebasedguidelinesdonotexist.Currentlythelaparoscopicapproachwithventralmeshrectopexyorresectionrectopexyisthetwomostcommonlyusedtechniques.Observationalandretrospectivestudiesshowgoodfunctionalresults,alowrateofcomplicationsandalowrecurrencerate.Ashighqualityevidenceismissing,anindividualizedapproachisrecommendforeverypatientconsideringage,individualhealthstatusandtheunderlyingmorphologicalandfunctionaldisorders. ... （共10页）
