摘要： Redbloodcellconcentrates(RBCCs)arethemajorlabilebloodcomponenttransfusedworldwidetorescuesevereanemiasymptoms.RBCCsarefrequentlystoredinadditivesolutionsat4℃forupto42d,whichinducescellularlesionandaltersredbloodcellmetabolism,proteincontent,andrheologicalproperties.Thereexistsahotdebatesurroundingtheimpactofstoragelesion,withsomeuncertaintyregardinghowRBCCagemayimpacttransfusion-relatedadverseclinicaloutcomes.Severalstudiesshowatendencyforpooreroutcomestooccurinpatientsreceivingolderbloodproducts;however,noclearsignificantassociationhasyetbeendemonstrated.Someage-relatedRBCCalterationsprovereversible,whileotherchangesareirreversiblefollowingproteinoxidation.Itislikelythatanyirreversibledamageaffectsthebloodcomponentqualityandthusthetransfusionefficiency.Thepresentpaperaimstopromoteabetterunderstandingoftheoccurrenceofredbloodcellstoragelesion,withparticularfocusonbiochemicalchangesandmicrovesiculation,throughadiscussionofthehistoricaladvancementofbloodtransfusionprocesses. ... （共15页）
