摘要: [Objective]TooptimizetheextractiontechnologyoftheactivecomponentsfromPORIA.[Methods]Withpachymaranandpachymicacidcontentsastheinvestigationindexes,factorsandlevelswerescreenedbasedonsinglefactortest.Extractiontechnologyofpachymaranandpachymicacidwasinvestigatedbasedonorthogonaltest.[Results]Theoptimalextractingtechnologyforpachymicacidwasasfollows:85%ethanolwithsixtimesofthewatervolumewasusedfortheextractionofpachymicacid;theextractionwascarriedoutunder55℃for1h.Atthesametime,Tentimesofwatervolumewasusedfortheextractionofpachymaranforthreetimes,with2hforeachextraction.[Conclusions]Thismethodwasrational,stableandfeasible,andprovidedtheoreticalfoundationforthefurtherindustrializationofPORIA. ...
