摘要： VirulenceofHelicobacterpylori,Helicobactersuisandotherbacteriaappearstobepartlymediatedthroughareleaseofgamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT),anenzymeactivitycapableofpromotingbiochemicalreactionsultimatelyresultingindamagetogastricepitheliumandsuppressionofimmuneresponse.RecentlypublishedstudiesshowthatsecretionofbacterialGGToccursintheformofexosome-likevesicles.VerysimilarGGT-richexosomeshavebeendescribedtooriginatefromhumancancercells,andthehypothesisisthusforwardedthatintheresistantandinvasivephenotypeofmalignantcellssuchvesicular/exosomalGGTmayplayrolesakintothosedescribedforHelicobacterinfection,thusprovidingasignificantcontributiontotheestablishmentofcancermetastases. ... （共2页）
