EffectofTimingandNumberofIntrauterineInsemination(IUI)ontheCycleClinicalOutcome

摘要： ObjectiveTostudytheeffectoftimingandnumberofintrauterineinsemination(IUI)percycleontheoutcomeofartificialinseminationbyhusband(AIH).MethodsAtotalof195infertilecouplesunderwent379cyclesofIUIwithhusbandssperm.Theyweredividedinto4groupsaccordingtotheovulationandthenumberofIUIspercycle:singleIUIwasperformed24hafterhCGinjection,includingsingleIUIbeforeovulation(groupA)andsingleIUIafterovulation(groupB);doubleIUIwasperformed24hand48hafterhCGinjection,includingdoubleIUIbeforeandafterovulation(groupC)anddoubleIUIbeforeovulation(groupD).TherelationshipbetweenIUIpregnancyrateandthefactorslikeprocessedtotalmotilesperm(PTMS),timingandnumberofIUIspercyclewasanalyzed.ResultsWhenPTMS<5×106,onlyonecaseingroupBgotpregnant,whilenopregnancywasobservedinothergroups.WhenPTMS≥5×106,pregnancyratesinallgroupwereimprovedsignificantly.ThepregnancyrateingroupBreached32.22%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatingroupA(14.12%),groupC(20.00%)andgroupD(17.39%),respectively(P<0.05).ConclusionIUItreatmentisrecommendedtobeperformedwhenPTMS≥5×106.AnidealpregnancyratecanbeachievedbysingleIUIwhichisperformed24hafterhCGinjection,anddoubleIUIperformedwithoutovulationcouldnotresultinsignificantimprovementofcyclepregnancyrate. ... （共8页）
