国民经济核算思想在近代中国的传播——基于“国富”学说的考察

摘要： 国民经济核算数据是理论研究中解释社会经济现象的基本工具,也是改进经济政策的重要依据。17世纪末以后,随着以数据分析社会经济问题研究方式的推广应用,国民经济核算思想陆续衍生出了反映社会经济状况的系列指标,"国富"便是其中之一。19世纪末20世纪初,"国富"学说在中国传播后受到学界和业界的共同关注。20世纪二三十年代,大量关于"国富"的中文文献面世,其内容主要是介绍"国富"学说的内涵及价值、估算方法及统计项目等。"国富"学说的传播不仅推动了社会经济统计在中国的发展,还使得中国学者对西方经济学说有了更为深入的理解。
Economic data is a basic tool to explain economic phenomena in theoretical research, and also an important basis for improving economic policies. After the 17 th century, with the application of data analysis in the study of economic problems, a series of indicators reflecting the economic situation had been derived from the theory of national economic accounting, the theory of national wealth among them. The theory of national wealth had attracted the common attention after its dissemination in China at the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century. A large number of Chinese literatures about the theory of national wealth had been published, which mainly introduced the connotation national wealth theory, its estimation methods and statistical items in the 1920 s and 1930 s. The dissemination of national wealth theory not only promoted the application of statistical methods in China, but also makes Chinese scholars a deeper understanding of economic theory.
