硒酵母对阿尔茨海默病患者血清一氧化氮,超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘要: 目的:观察硒酵母对阿尔茨海默病患者一氧化氮及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:将60例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为阿尔茨海默病组(20例),治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),治疗组和对照基础治疗相同,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加服硒酵母胶囊,用硝酸还原法及免疫散射比浊法检测血清NO及hs-CRP的水平。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组升高NO(P<0.05),降低hs-CRP水平更明显(P<0.05)。结论:硒酵母可能对AD患者炎症反应诱导的血管内皮功能损伤有潜在的修复作用。
Objective:To observe the effcts of selenium yeast on nitric oxide and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods:The levels of nitric oxide and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were measured in AD group,control group,and treatment group.Results:As compared with the control group,the level of NO was decreased and the level of hs-CRP was increased in treatment group(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:Selenium yeast might recovery the vascular endothelial dysfunction induced by chronic inflammation in patients with AD.
