you can use this software

Karabiner-Elements (pqrs.org)

it's very easy and convenient

i just remap capslock to esc for vim

if you want to remap your keyborad in your windows

you can use remap for windows or bat with some lines as :

in windows you can create a *.reg file with lines as follows:
